Cyber Subject Matter Expert, TS/SCI at Blue Sky Innovators

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven professional to support the Principal Director for Integrated Sensing and Cyber (PD IS&amp;C). This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge science and technology (S&amp;T) and operational cyber mission execution, with a strong emphasis on understanding U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a technical and operational advisor to PD IS&amp;C on cyber-related initiatives.</li> <li>Translate operational cyber needs into S&amp;T priorities and vice versa.</li> <li>Engage with USCYBERCOM, Joint Force Headquarters, and other DoD stakeholders to align R&amp;E efforts with operational requirements.</li> <li>Evaluate emerging technologies in cyber, sensing, and electronic warfare for applicability to current and future operations.</li> <li>Support the development of strategic roadmaps and technical assessments.</li> <li>Represent PD IS&amp;C in interagency and DoD forums related to cyber operations and technology integration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of USCYBERCOM missions, structure, and operational planning processes.</li> <li>Strong background in cyber operations, or integrated sensing.</li> <li>Experience working at the intersection of S&amp;T and operational communities.</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex technical information for senior decision-makers.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>15+ years relevant experience</li> <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li> <li>Bachelors Degree required; STEM Masters Preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting or working within USCYBERCOM or a Combatant Command.</li> <li>Familiarity with DoD acquisition and R&amp;E processes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
