This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Field Service, Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to design, build, and support scalable ERP solutions that enable core operational processes. This role will focus on ERP-enabled operations across areas such as planning, procurement, receiving, inventory, manufacturing execution, quality, and sustainment. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional understanding of operational business processes, hands-on ERP systems experience, and the technical ability to design reports and build automations using SaaS-based enterprise tools.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, agile business environment working cross-functionally with teams throughout the business to understand requirements and design solutions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Field Service, Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and design scalable ERP solutions.</li> <li>Support and enhance ERP-enabled operational processes, including planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing execution, quality, service logistics, and project-driven supply chain.</li> <li>Understand end-to-end ERP transaction flows and upstream/downstream impacts across operations, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and external systems.</li> <li>Identify process gaps, system limitations, recurring issues, and data quality challenges; recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.</li> <li>Champion ERP capabilities and align teams on best practices, driving innovation and operational excellence.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage competing projects to deliver impactful tools and process enhancements that accelerate efficiencies across the business.</li> <li>Lower barriers to learning and facilitate system adoption by documenting key features and offering user training to ensure effective use of systems.</li> <li>Leverage SaaS-based tools and reporting platforms, including Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle BICC, and Palantir, to extract, transform, validate, and deliver ERP data for reporting, analytics, integrations, and operational decision-making.</li> <li>Master critical business processes and related KPIs to ensure delivery of effective solutions.</li> </ul> <h2>Basic Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as an ERP Solutions Engineer, ERP Business Systems Analyst, ERP Functional Analyst, Enterprise Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting operational business processes.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Hands-on experience supporting a Tier 1 ERP system such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent enterprise platform.</li> <li>Experience supporting operational processes such as supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, work orders, item master, item structures, work definitions, quality, field service, or project-driven supply chain.</li> <li>Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, reports, automations, integrations, or system enhancements.</li> <li>Experience supporting the full lifecycle of ERP enhancements or implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration support, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.</li> <li>Working knowledge of ERP transaction flows and how operational transactions impact inventory, costing, procurement, manufacturing, fulfillment, and financial processes.</li> <li>Experience developing or supporting reports, data extracts, dashboards, SQL-based queries, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, Palantir datasets, or similar analytics/reporting solutions.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex business, data, and system issues.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Skills &amp;
