Learn more about us at evercars.com.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Lot &amp; Queue Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages.</li> <li>Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Vehicle Quality &amp; Inventory Control</strong></p> <ul> <li>Keep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections.</li> <li>Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs.</li> <li>Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly.</li> <li>Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times.</li> <li>Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy.</li> <li>Ensure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards.</li> <li>Reconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Vehicle Appearance &amp; Readiness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Wash, clean, and maintain the appearance of vehicles to ensure they meet company presentation standards.</li> <li>Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, test drives, and onsite inventory.</li> <li>Conduct routine vehicle cleanings and touch-ups to ensure vehicles are consistently clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.</li> <li>Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness while supporting daily operational and delivery needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Shipping &amp; Logistics Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partners</li> <li>Execute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Driving vehicles between lots, showrooms, third party servicers, and chargers</li> <li>Ensure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpoint</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field</li> <li>Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)</li> <li>Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systems</li> <li>Valid driver's license with a clean record and acceptable driving record</li> <li>Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies</li> <li>Physical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environment</li> <li>Clear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informed</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to perform physical work in a vehicle-service environment, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working in and around vehicles for extended periods.</li> <li>Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles, including driving vehicles as needed in connection with reconditioning, testing, movement, and delivery.</li> <li>Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; ability to move heavier items with appropriate equipment or assistance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compensation: $21-25 per hour</li> <li>Employment Type: Full-Time</li> <li>Benefits<strong>: </strong>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); PTO and sick time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>San Diego, CA — On-Site Required. </strong>No remote or hybrid arrangements.
