This position will report in person to the Denver International Airport (DEN) on a daily basis. The Construction Manager assists in the construction of public and private Infrastructure projects for Aviation. This position will work alongside other Construction Managers, Design Engineers, Project Managers, Practice Leader, and Market directors for civil engineering projects for the Aviation Market. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.  Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. font-size: 10pt;">Reviewing and interpreting construction documents, site drawings, as-built drawings, and specifications</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Capable of resolving minor issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">0-3+ years of construction experience</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Experience with paving/asphalt, earthwork, stormwater, electrical, and runway/taxi way edge lighting is highly desirable</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Good knowledge of construction management, inspections, methods and materials</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Good knowledge of contract administration and pay estimates</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Good knowledge of soil analysis, materials, compaction, and density tests</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Thorough knowledge of survey, drafting, architecture and engineering</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; The expectation is to work on-site with the DEN team.
