We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong financial operations, project management, and business analysis expertise to join our global Clearing team in Chicago. In this role, you will help ensure the seamless flow of trading activity across global venues and clearing firms, while contributing to the development of new business initiatives and back-office infrastructure. This team works closely with departments across the firm to contribute to the growth of Jump’s trading business. This is a great opportunity to join a world class firm and master the complexities of trading many products globally.   This is a 4-day workweek role, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of your schedule. During onboarding and training, you’ll initially work a standard Monday–Friday week before transitioning to the 4-day schedule (Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday). Candidates must be comfortable with and prepared for this arrangement. Flexibility and reliability to support weekend trading are essential to success in this role. What You’ll Do:  <ul> <li>Support and execute critical daily clearing functions, including trade capture, lifecycle management, reconciliation, and break resolution across multiple products and venues </li> <li>Facilitate the onboarding of new business initiatives, including new products, markets, strategies, and broker relationships </li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and expand Jump's back-office infrastructure, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability </li> <li>Proactively identify and implement improvements to operational processes and workflows </li> <li>Develop and refine written procedures and documentation to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing </li> <li>Maintain regular communication with counterparties, prime brokers, traders, and internal support teams across global regions </li> <li>Perform additional duties as required to support the team and business objectives </li> </ul> Skills You’ll Need:  <ul> <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or a related field </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline </li> <li>In-depth understanding of post-trade lifecycles for at least one asset class, such as Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, Options, or Swaps </li> <li>Proven experience managing external relationships with technology vendors, brokers, and financial institutions </li> <li>Demonstrated success in project management and business analysis, particularly in process improvement and infrastructure development </li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately under tight deadlines </li> <li>Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders </li> <li>Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions </li> <li>Reliable and predictable availability, including the ability to work one weekend day each week</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits    - Discretionary bonus eligibility    - Medical, dental, and vision insurance    - HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care options    - Employer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance    - Voluntary Life & AD&D insurance    - Paid vacation plus paid holidays    - Retirement plan with employer match    - Paid parental leave    - Wellness Programs </div><div class="title">Annual Base Salary Range </div><div class="pay-range">$120,000—$150,000 USD</div></div></div>
