This role serves as the technical expert between production, quality, controls engineering, IT, and business systems, ensuring real-time manufacturing data, traceability, process control, and operational efficiency across the plant. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead MES deployment, configuration, enhancement, and lifecycle management.</li> <li>Maintain MES applications, workflows, routing, genealogy, traceability, and production execution functionality.</li> <li>Ensure MES system reliability, availability, and performance.</li> <li>Manage user access, security roles, and system governance.</li> <li>Integrate MES with:</li> <li>PLCs and automation systems</li> <li>ERP systems (SAP)</li> <li>Quality Management Systems (QMS)</li> <li>Equipment and test stations</li> <li>Industrial databases and reporting platforms</li> <li>Support production line launches, process changes, and new product introductions.</li> <li>Provide technical support for shop-floor MES issues.</li> <li>Ensure accurate collection of production and process data.</li> <li>Develop and maintain genealogy and traceability solutions.</li> <li>Support serialization, VIN tracking, torque traceability, and quality records.</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and compliance requirements are met.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements.</li> <li>Support audits and system validations.</li> <li>Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).</li> <li>Maintain documentation, change management, and validation records.</li> </ul> Skills: <ul> <li>SAP/ERP integration</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</li> <li>Rockwell FactoryTalk ProductionCentre (FTPC)</li> <li>Automotive manufacturing processes</li> <li>Production operations and workflow design</li> <li>Quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)</li> <li>Traceability and genealogy systems</li> <li>Lean Manufacturing principles</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>BSc/Master Degree in Engineering required (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical preferred).</li> <li>5+ years in a high-volume automotive OEM manufacturing background is a Must.</li> <li>Minimum 4 years of Experience within the same role is Required.</li> <li>Able to influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.</li> <li>Strong data analysis and visualization skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP Quality Module is required.</li> <li>Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System application is a plus.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a id="menur13jl" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/" target="_blank">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
