And we're still just getting started.  </div>Your Impact on Our Mission As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Zocdoc’s quality ecosystem by ensuring that every issue entering our engineering pipeline is accurate, validated, reproducible, and data-backed. Partnering closely with QA Engineers, Product Engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will transform raw triage data into actionable insights — improving product quality, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling better decision-making. By driving structured triage processes, reporting automation, and analytical insights within the Triage & Reporting Pod, you will directly impact the reliability of our product and the efficiency of our teams, ultimately helping patients access care with ease. font-size: 10pt;">Reviewing, reproducing, and validating all reported issues for accuracy and completeness</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Determining root ownership using internal tools, logs, and monitoring data</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
