You are a curious observer and are passionate about learning our industry and building a strong foundation. You are proactive and resourceful and not afraid to dive into the details to get things done.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish and build relationships internally and with clients</li> <li>Demonstrate business etiquette in meetings and written communications</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the team including updating status reports, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, budget tracking, etc.</li> <li>Begin to ‘manage the making’ of communications assets and understand Ogilvy’s process</li> <li>Manage small projects and support senior team members on larger projects</li> <li>Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting</li> <li>Complete basic analyses of client’s business results and competitive landscapes</li> <li>Become familiar with Ogilvy’s departments and expert groups and their roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of experience</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong skills in research and analysis</li> <li>Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions/ideas</li> <li>Critical attention to detail</li> <li>Effective collaborator</li> <li>Good listener and reliable</li> </ul> <p><strong>How We’ll Support You</strong></p> <p>Ogilvy celebrates its people.
