Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders. Eliot is searching for a Shift Administrator with experience working with youthful offenders. The ideal candidate will have an active knowledge of issues relating to the program population, including: Trauma, Gang Issues, Violence, Poverty and Family Dysfunction. Experience with regulatory requirements as well as clinical and behavioral treatment is a plus.&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <br> <ul> <li>Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of residential programming.&nbsp;</li> <li>Practice principles of Positive Youth Development and Trauma Informed Care.</li> <li>Act as a mentor and coach with youth, utilizing Trauma Informed Care Interventions, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and other evidence based practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with program routines and policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide staff supervision, guidance and coaching.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation.</li> <li>Facilitate and participate in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.</li> <li>Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations.</li> <li>Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with staff, youth and external resources</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation</li> <li>At least two years experience working with youthful offenders or similar population</li> </ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>2pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$55,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$60,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
