font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the development and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Post Graduate degree with 12+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills with the ability to manage up, down and to the sides.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the biotech and healthcare industries, such as HIPAA, GDPR, FDA regulations, etc.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
