<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers within Event Operations team to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will work from <strong>early-stage definition to final execution</strong>, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.</span></p>

<h5><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events</strong></span></h5>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own projects from early planning stages through execution</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards</span></li>

<h5><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>2. Operational Strategy & Design (0→1)</strong></span></h5>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Translate partner needs into scalable operational models</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Make decisions with incomplete information</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Step in when needed to unblock critical issues</span></li>
