If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.</p> </div></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Site Lead to support and run day-to-day people operations at our Mangalore office — working closely with the Site Manager and global HR team to ensure a compliant, well-run, and people-first environment across a 24/7 setup.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who brings deep expertise in HR compliance and labor law, has experience working in multi-shift operations, and can execute seamlessly as part of a global recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations team. You will be the on-ground HR presence at the site — the person employees turn to, the one who keeps things running, and the connector between Mangalore and the broader Entrupy team.</p> <p>If you are execution-driven, thrive without a playbook, and take pride in getting the details right, we would love to talk.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Mangalore (In-office)<br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Site Manager &amp; India HR Manager</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <p><em>HR Operations &amp; Compliance</em></p> <ul> <li>Support end-to-end HR operations for the Mangalore site — employment structures, contracts, documentation, and statutory compliance under India's labor laws (including the new labor codes)</li> <li>Ensure Entrupy's practices at the site are audit-ready and aligned with applicable regulations across PF, ESIC, Shops &amp; Establishments, and other statutory requirements</li> <li>Work closely with the Manager and global HR to implement the right employment structure as the site scales from contractors to a fully compliant entity setup</li> <li>Serve as the on-ground HR Business Partner — supporting managers on performance, employee relations, grievances, and engagement</li> </ul> <p><em>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</em></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the global recruiting team to support hiring for site roles — owning local sourcing, screening, and interview coordination</li> <li>Work closely with global HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer through onboarding</li> <li>Drive onboarding and induction for all new hires at the site, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience aligned with global standards</li> </ul> <p><em>Operations Support</em></p> <ul> <li>Work with the Manager and operations leadership to support a 24/7 shift structure — ensuring coverage, coordination, and continuity across shifts</li> <li>Serve as the on-ground point of contact for the site day-to-day, connecting the Mangalore team with leadership and global functions as needed</li> <li>Support the development of site-level processes, norms, and culture that can scale with the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–12 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles, with a significant portion in compliance-heavy environments</li> <li>Deep expertise in Indian labor law and statutory compliance — including working knowledge of the new labor codes</li> <li>Experience working in a 24/7 or multi-shift operational environment</li> <li>Proven ability to execute as part of a distributed, global HR team while being the sole HR presence on the ground</li> <li>Strong recruitment experience — able to support hiring for a range of roles in close coordination with a global team</li> <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch in a fast-moving startup</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across levels and geographies</li> <li>Flexibility to work across shifts on a need basis is a strong plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>A hands-on, mission-critical role with direct impact on how Entrupy operates and grows in India</li> <li>The opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up — with the backing of a global team and leadership that is invested in getting it right</li> <li>The chance to be part of a category-defining company at an inflection point in its growth</li> </ul> <p>At Entrupy, we talk straight, think big, bring a growth mindset to everything we do, and make sure to embrace the fun along the way.
