The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as having strong communication and team building skills.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Established record of being the Project Lead on projects with a volume of $80M (concurrent aggregate) or $120M (single)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engineering, Construction Management or related bachelor’s degree, or possess equivalent years of related experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">At least 10 years of experience in Core &amp; Shell construction with completed interiors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
