Reporting into the Head of Corporate FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives, and providing strategic and financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth. Location - Hybrid role in NYC or Washington D.C. WHAT YOU’LL DO <ul> <li>Support the development of annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long range planning processes and consolidated 3-statement financial model, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic priorities and objectives</li> <li>Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages/presentations to facilitate the review cadence with leadership team, identifying insights, risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance and drive accountability</li> <li>Collaborate with accounting, HR, systems and operations teams to invest in scalable processes, systems, and tools, enhancing real-time visibility into operating and financial performance</li> <li>Assist with special projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support action-oriented decision making, including M&A, new products/markets, partnerships, and other business opportunities and initiatives</li> <li>Partner with GTM, Fin Ops, Accounting and others to define, operationalize and manage Company-wide KPIs, ensuring data auditability and consistency between internal/external reporting</li> <li>Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other investors/external stakeholders</li> </ul> WHAT YOU’LL BRING <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years in strategic/corporate finance at a high growth company and/or investment banking, with extensive experience in financial modeling and creating polished presentation materials</li> <li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a preference with candidates that have experience in B2B SaaS businesses</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence and effectively synthesize key findings and trends into actionable insights</li> <li>Process oriented with a focus on developing and implementing scalable solutions and systems in a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment</li> <li>Experience with Pigment is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits  Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
