font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Apply laboratory skills and experience to generate high-quality data in developing new technologies and in developing new biomarker assays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate records of work performed including reagents, methodology, and results.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform data analysis and report results, and detailed data organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>BS/MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field, </strong>with relevant industry experience (2+ for BS, 1+ for MS).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience </strong>performing ELISA, qPCR, or similar assays, including data generation, analysis, and review.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven ability to<strong> follow SOPs</strong>, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high-quality experimental records.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
