This role includes deploying new equipment, integrating devices into the network environment, and performing EPIC EMR testing on both new and existing workstations to ensure Go-Live readiness.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with workstation imaging, hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.</p> <p>A valid driver’s license is required, as daily travel is expected throughout Long Island, the five boroughs of NYC, and Westchester County. Mileage reimbursement and approved technical certification reimbursement are provided.</p> <p><strong>$21.00/ Hourly</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel to client locations across Long Island, NYC (five boroughs), and Westchester County, transporting hardware as needed</li> <li>Image, configure, and deploy workstations following established SOPs</li> <li>Install and integrate desktops, laptops, tablets, and related hardware/software into the network environment</li> <li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals, including printers, document scanners, badge readers, signature pads, and barcode scanners</li> <li>Perform EPIC EMR testing to validate device readiness for application Go-Live</li> <li>Test and troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, and peripheral functionality</li> <li>Survey, inventory, and document existing workstation hardware and software</li> <li>Remove, catalog, and replace legacy workstation equipment as required</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory records, issue resolution, and client sign-off</li> <li>Provide post-installation and post-deployment support as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with end users to ensure expectations are met or exceeded and obtain formal sign-off on completed work</li> <li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul>
