<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT, not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving . You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":140}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to do all of this well, up to 10 clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":140}"> </span></p>
