CityVet Charlotte Uptown opened in October 2024 as CityVet's first North Carolina location. It offers comprehensive medical, dental and surgical care alongside walk-in urgent care. This opportunity combines an existing practice with the freedom to shape its next chapter and build lasting relationships with pets and their families.</p> <p>Most partner roles ask you to start from nothing: sign a lease, hire a team and hope clients find you. Here, the clients, the team and the momentum are already in place. What the practice needs now is a leader who will take it further.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead the medicine.</strong> Set the clinical direction and standards of care across medicine, dentistry, surgery and urgent care. There are no quotas and no rigid corporate protocols.</li> <li><strong>Lead the team.</strong> Mentor and develop the staff, keep a culture that already works, and make it stronger.</li> <li><strong>Grow what's here.</strong> Build on existing client relationships, deepen the practice's roots in Uptown, and work with local rescues and shelters.</li> <li><strong>Think like an owner.</strong> Work with CityVet leadership on the practice's goals, and share directly in the success you help create.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your partnership, your way</strong></p> <p>There's no one-size-fits-all partnership here.
