As a design and innovation company (part of WPP), we lead&nbsp;change from our Swedish studios with clients including Volvo Cars, Polestar, H&amp;M, Netflix, Nike and&nbsp;Minecraft.&nbsp;We are growing our product design team, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer of exceptional&nbsp;craft and product judgement — someone who designs products that are beautiful, useful and meaningful, and&nbsp;who is fluent in leveraging modern, AI-augmented workflows to accelerate how those products are built.</p> <p class="p1">You will own product design end to end, from concept to delivery, for some of the world's most influential&nbsp;brands. You will work where the prototype is a primary medium, using modern tooling to test ideas fast and&nbsp;raise the quality bar. Whether designing tightly curated digital products or adaptive, AI-enabled experiences,&nbsp;you understand that when interface design risk becoming commoditized, the true differentiation lies in&nbsp;connecting exceptional strategic execution to exceptional taste — and that is the standard we hold.</p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">Role requirements:</p> <ul> <li class="p2">Lead product design end to end — concept, interaction, UI, usability, accessibility — to the highest&nbsp;standard of craft.</li> <li class="p2">Set and hold the quality bar across typography, layout, motion, micro-interaction and visual systems.</li> <li class="p2">Connect design decisions to product strategy and business outcomes — shaping not only how a product&nbsp;looks and works, but what is worth building.</li> <li class="p2">Treat prototyping as a way to think, validate, and deliver — moving swiftly from concept to functional,&nbsp;high-fidelity prototypes (leveraging Figma, Code Connect, and modern AI/developer workflows like&nbsp;Cursor, Claude, or similar where they add speed and depth).</li> <li class="p2">Build and evolve scalable design systems — crafting tokens, components, and semantic structures that&nbsp;bridge design and engineering effectively.</li> <li class="p2">Design for modern interaction paradigms — equally comfortable crafting classic, highly polished user&nbsp;interfaces as well as adaptive, generative, or AI-powered experiences.</li> <li class="p2">Translate research, behavioral data, and category insights into confident product direction and&nbsp;defensible rationales.</li> <li class="p2">Run workshops and co-creation sessions with clients, framing complex problems and inspiring&nbsp;confidence in new approaches.</li> <li class="p2">Mentor and guide other designers, raising the craft, product judgement, and modern tool fluency of the&nbsp;wider team.</li> </ul> <p class="p1">Qualities and Characteristics:</p> <ul> <li class="p2">5+ years (as a guide, not a restriction) designing stand-out digital products from strategy to delivery, with&nbsp;a portfolio demonstrating real-world impact and commercial results.</li> <li class="p2">World-class craft across UI and UX, with mastery of Figma, design systems, component thinking, and a&nbsp;sharp eye for motion and micro-interaction.</li> <li class="p2">Pragmatic tool fluency — hands-on with modern design, prototyping, and AI workflows, with the&nbsp;discernment to know where tools add value and where human craft and taste must lead.</li> <li class="p2">Strong product and commercial acumen — fluent in user value, business objectives, and the metrics that&nbsp;connect them.</li> <li class="p2">A strategic systems thinker who understands that differentiation comes from uniting rigorous execution&nbsp;with exceptional aesthetic taste.</li> <li class="p2">Technical literacy to reason about how design becomes code and to collaborate seamlessly with&nbsp;engineering in agile environments.</li> <li class="p2">An outstanding communicator and storyteller who earns the trust of senior clients and leads&nbsp;multidisciplinary collaboration.</li> <li class="p2">Genuinely curious about human behavior, business context, and the ethical/trust implications of&nbsp;modern, AI-powered products.</li> <li class="p2">Please include a portfolio link with your application; we are unable to consider applications without examples&nbsp;of your work.</li> </ul> <p class="p2">We believe great work happens when we're together, so we work to a hybrid approach including required in-&nbsp;office days at our Gothenburg or Stockholm studio.
