ABOUT THE ROLE SharkNinja's most important growth and transformation initiatives are cross-functional in nature and require a team to partner across the enterprise to bring opportunities to life. The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation role is part of the team acting as an internal consulting engine for these moments.  This role leads execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives. Depending on your strengths and the team's needs, you may focus on geographic market entry, channel expansion, operating-model transformation, playbook building, or cross-functional synthesis. You'll work alongside a team to remove barriers and drive growth.Reporting to VP Strategic Initiatives, Growth & Transformation you'll work as a trusted partner to the executive team and across every function, with the mandate to challenge the status quo and clear the barriers in the way. STRATEGIC GROWTH EXECUTION <ul> <li>Lead execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Drive initiatives focused on geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, direct-to-consumer growth, social commerce, and/or other strategic commercial opportunities.</li> <li>Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans, defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships across the enterprise to align resources, priorities, and execution plans.</li> <li>Identify and resolve execution risks, removing barriers and driving timely decision-making.</li> </ul> CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP <ul> <li>Lead initiatives from desired business outcomes through implementation, adoption, and scale, ensuring long-term business impact.</li> <li>Develop and execute change management strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, user adoption, and realization of intended business benefits.</li> <li>Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.</li> <li>Drive accountability across stakeholders while fostering collaboration and alignment.</li> <li>Communicate initiative progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.</li> </ul> PROGRAM GOVERNANCE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE <ul> <li>Build business cases and support investment decisions for strategic growth initiatives.</li> <li>Develop and maintain integrated project plans, governance processes, executive dashboards, and performance metrics.</li> <li>Monitor initiative performance against objectives and recommend course corrections.</li> <li>Lead post-launch reviews to evaluate business impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> TRANSFORMATION & OPERATING-MODEL ENABLEMENT <ul> <li>Stand up repeatable playbooks, standardized processes, and scalable best practices that allow new markets, channels, and categories to launch and scale faster.</li> <li>Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps that impede expansion, and design operating-model changes that sustain impact beyond individual initiatives.</li> <li>Establish enterprise operating rhythms and governance that reinforce accountability, transparency, and drive rapid progress towards growth aspirations.</li> </ul> WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE <ul> <li>New markets, channels, or commercial models stood up against committed timelines and adoption targets.</li> <li>Measurable value delivered — revenue, margin, or efficiency — traceable to prioritized growth initiatives.</li> <li>Repeatable playbooks and operating rhythms adopted by functional teams and sustained beyond initial launch.</li> <li>Executive stakeholders aligned on priorities, with transparent reporting on progress, risks, and course corrections.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU'LL BRING Experience <ul> <li>12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program leadership, commercial execution, or related disciplines.</li> <li>Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results.</li> <li>Experience executing market expansion, channel expansion, commercialization, or enterprise growth initiatives.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives, including evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of solutions that create measurable business value and operational impact.</li> <li>Experience working with executive leaders and influencing decisions across complex matrix organizations.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.</li> <li>Experience in appliances, home goods, consumer durables, or related consumer products categories is a huge plus — it accelerates learning of SharkNinja's products, channels, and customer base.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree required;
