Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment, prescribe industry best practices, and architect a configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Discovery &amp; Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements</li> <li>Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals</li> <li>Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes</li> <li>Implementation &amp; Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision</li> <li>Enablement &amp; Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING:&nbsp;</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li>3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS</li> <li>Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes</li> <li>Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs</li> <li>Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling</li> <li>Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting</li> <li>Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>For positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below.
