This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Retail Manager who is based in Singapore.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>WHAT YOU’LL DO</u></strong></p> <p><strong>SALES MANAGEMENT:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive sales by achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets at assigned store location.</li> <li>Identify business opportunities and maximize productivity</li> <li>Propose sales strategies, including clienteling, eventing, and visual merchandising, to boost brand performance.</li> <li>Present and sell merchandise in a professional manner through professional makeup services, including consultations and applications</li> </ul> <p><strong>STORE OPERATION:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support merchandising efforts, ensuring testers, displays, and gondolas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock concerns or opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area inventory processes and procedures</li> <li>Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition</li> <li>Build strong relationships with customers and retailers</li> <li>Respect retailer/store procedures, guidelines and brand confidentiality</li> </ul> <p><strong>DRIVING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience</li> <li>Foster long-term customer relationships through personalized consultations and exceptional service to encourage repeat business.</li> <li>Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
