Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchase orders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Working with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Create and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers in accordance with contract terms and company policies.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Have a working knowledge of customer price schedules</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Work with Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone.  </li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Detail oriented and accurate</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work as a team player.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must have a reliable form of transportation </li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Prior relevant industry experience </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Prior successful experience in a customer service role </li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Associate's degree preferred</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Minimum 1 years of experience in billing, customer facing and/or finance related field  </li> </ul> #LI-Onsite  Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!    To learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/triumvirate-environmental/posts/?feedView=all">LinkedIn, </a>Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our <a href="https://www.triumvirate.com/">website</a>!   Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
