Our loading dock sensor platform verifies all incoming and outgoing freight, aggregating data that enables shippers and carriers to efficiently manage dock operations, switch out suppliers and understand material flow in real time. </span></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Demand Planning - </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop accurate demand forecasts partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Leadership. </span></li>
<li><strong>Strategic Sourcing -</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Manage strategic sourcing initiatives such as supplier evaluation and partner management. Responsible for the full product lifecycle from selection to delivery, and managing quality assurance initiatives. </span></li>
<li><strong>Procurement / Inventory Management - </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for cost reduction, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and maintaining satisfactory inventory levels.</span></li>
<li><strong>Logistics -</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Coordinate all logistics related activities including management of air, ocean, and customs brokerage. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Travel</strong> - Once a month to visit suppliers in China and Taiwan.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years experience supply chain.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Technical background in engineering or manufacturing preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Proven track record managing redundant supply chains and cost avoidance without sacrificing quality.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in enterprise-level material planning (ERP) and associated tools preferred.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Strong negotiation and influencing skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mandarin speaking proficiency, spoken and written.</span></li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.</li>
