This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</p></div><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Global Supplier Planner is responsible for executing the supply strategies supporting Hasbro’s business objectives, and when required leading a smaller size manufacturing partner. Led by Global Supplier Planning Manager/Sr Manager/Supervisor, the team will work closely with our suppliers to maintain high standards of supply service, operational excellence and develop Hasbro’s supply agility.</p> <p>Main areas of focus for the GSP team are: supplier data accuracy and completeness, maximizing demand supply match and reducing lag, adjust weekly supply plan to reduce service/inventory exposure in FG or materials, enhance supplier performance, manage capacity, risk, and reduce constraints across his/her assigned supplier(s).</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Purpose of Role<br></strong>The Global Supplier Planner will support the GSP manager/sr manager/supervisor by driving consistent operational excellence with his/her assigned manufacturing partner(s).</p> <p>The role will be a key part of the Global Supplier Planning team where he/she will closely act as a main contact window for our manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders as required.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities<br>The Global Supplier Planner will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with supplier(s) to adjust weekly plans to meet Hasbro customer service targets</li> <li>Identify, manage, and deploy scenarios for proactively resolving supplier constraints short term</li> <li>Identify Supplier Master Data Governance Gaps and Ensure Accuracy to maximize CF match opportunities</li> <li>Monitor Execution of Production and Deployment POs</li> <li>Monitor release of MA to suppliers and MA inventories</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing , Materials Operations, Global Network Planning, logistics and other X-functional teams</li> <li>Perform factory visit and pro-actively manage production related issues by collecting data and analyzing the root causes and recommend corrective actions</li> <li>Proactively address potential disruptions and ensure continuity of supply and optimal service via Risk management / scenario planning.</li> <li>Execute the Supplier lifecycle management, phase in and sunset partners and manage build ahead where needed</li> <li>Act as first contact point for partner as Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) in relation to daily- weekly, monthly- quarterly and yearly operations for his/her assigned supplier as required</li> <li>Lead the monthly supplier S&amp;OP process (including but not limited to review of supplier performance OTIF, capacity vs demand reviews, recommend mitigation plans for service/cap/inventory deviations to target and drive continuous improvement) as required</li> <li>Support identification and removal of wasteful tasks to improve productivity.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPANY SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>Hasbro is a global play and entertainment company known for iconic franchises such as Transformers, My Little Pony, Peppa Pig, Play-Doh, Power Rangers, Nerf, and Dungeons &amp; Dragons.
