The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Senior Operations Manager.&nbsp; This individual ensures that our day-to-day operations maintain production by mitigating the amount of downtime experienced because of equipment failures.&nbsp; The Maintenance Technician will be part of the operations team, under general supervision of the Facility Director.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>.</p> <ul> <li>Regularly cleans, inspects, and lubricates equipment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Replaces or repairs defective parts on conveyors, tape machines, stock carts, etc.</li> <li>Completes general plumbing, electrical, and painting as needed.</li> <li>Operate electrical equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.</li> <li>Conducts maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems.</li> <li>Conducts preventative maintenance on all equipment located within the facility which includes production vehicles (Reach trucks, Cherry pickers, seated forklifts, etc.)</li> <li>Complete facility inspections and reports as required.</li> <li>Coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance orders with external contractors.</li> <li>Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Leads the sanitation and housekeeping efforts for the facility.</li> <li>Follows facility safety practices and shop housekeeping practices.</li> <li>Promotes occupational safety standards; gives others feedback on their safety performance.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with IT to troubleshoot technical issues.</li> <li>Responds to emergency maintenance calls.</li> <li>Completes routine administrative functions such as filling out PM work orders, recording inspection results, logging emergency work orders, recording parts used from inventory stores.</li> <li>Maintains regular inventory of spare parts, and components, and executes reorders when inventory reaches the low limits.</li> <li>Familiar with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalency</li> <li>2 years of mechanical or automotive maintenance experience working on equipment.</li> <li>Must not have an aversion to heights.</li> <li>Required to lift and carry equipment that weighs up to 60 pounds.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An associate degree or 2-year Technical Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Maintenance and Repair</li> <li>Skilled in forklift and aerial lift operation.</li> <li>Experience working in a food manufacturing facility.</li> <li>Operates well in a team setting.</li> <li>Passionate about leading, coaching, and training people on technical requirements.</li> <li>Excellent conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (41 degrees and below)</li> <li>Regular work with computers, including G Suite and Excel.&nbsp;</li> <li>Regular use of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets</li> <li>Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel.</li> <li>Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Details of Position &amp;
