If you are interested in contributing to a member-centric, creative, and collaborative workforce while deeply influencing top leaders and institutions in healthcare, THMA could be the right place for you!</p></div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Managing Director, Leadership Development the<strong> Membership Specialist</strong> is a key member of the Leadership Development team. The Membership Specialist will schedule member calls; develop utilization tracking and outcomes processes and metrics, and update member-specific and organization-specific reporting; collaborate with the Account Management team; and assist with other day-to-day team operations.</p> <p><strong>Primary Job Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and update member- and organization-level outcomes and utilization reporting for the fellowship programs; make recommendations to MD about recruitment opportunities</li> <li>Proactively schedule and prepare the MD for upcoming calls with member organizations</li> <li>Liaise with the Account Management team and Leadership Development sellers to coordinate outreach, communications cascades, and recruitment efforts</li> <li>With the Managing Director, work with the Account Management team to execute the renewal strategy, and manage reporting to support growth goals</li> <li>Assist with member recruitment for THMA events, ensuring a high-touch experience through proactive outreach, coordination, and support</li> <li>Orchestrate end-to-end preparation and fulfillment of member resources, including production of action project materials and coordination of graduation collateral, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and a polished, high-impact member experience</li> <li>Refresh and continuously update member-facing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving program priorities and member needs</li> <li>Draft, review, and manage EIR and speaker contracts for high-touchpoint engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required</li> <li>3-4 years of experience in a customer-focused role</li> <li>Experience working with stakeholders, preferably C-Suite executives&nbsp;</li> <li>Background in sales or account management a plus</li> <li>Interest in health policy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Interpersonal Skills &amp; Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as a team member</li> <li>Self-directed and resourceful</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Able to manage upward and hold peers and leaders accountable</li> <li>Aptitude for building and monitoring operations and processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
