This role combines strategic facilities management with a focus on team member experience, ensuring that workplace operations align with organizational goals.  Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or  Century City, CA. This role will require quarterly travel. What You'll Do: <ul> <li>Leadership & Strategy:   <ul> <li>Lead, coach and manage the performance of the facilities and workplace experience team of office coordinators/administrators and managers across global office locations. </li> <li>Develop a long-term workplace strategy aligned with business growth and hybrid work models.  </li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to translate culture into the physical workspace.  </li> <li>Track and report on key performance indicators related to facilities and team member experience.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Facilities Management:   <ul> <li>Oversee the maintenance, safety and efficiency of all global company office locations.  </li> <li>Lead global vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality facilities agreements across diverse regions while balancing local requirements and global standards. </li> <li>Manage vendor relationships for security, cleaning, food services and other workplace operations.  </li> <li>Responsible for the development and implementation of organization-wide programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations. </li> <li>Lead space planning, office moves, and renovations.  </li> <li>Develop and manage facilities budgets and forecasts.  </li> </ul> </li> <li>Workplace Experience:   <ul> <li>Partner with People Experience Resources and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.  </li> <li>Create policies and initiatives that foster collaboration and productivity.  </li> <li>Monitor workplace satisfaction through feedback loops, driving continuous improvement.  </li> </ul> </li> </ul> What You've Done:  <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.  </li> <li>Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and vendor management.  </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.  </li> <li>Excellent leadership, strong communication, and project management skills. </li> <li>Experience managing multi-site operations and budgets.  </li> <li>Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence.  </li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.  </li> <li>Customer-service results orientated with a team member-first mindset.  </li> <li>Adaptable and innovative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  </li> <li>Collaborative leader who builds trust across teams.  </li> </ul> What We Offer: <ul> <li>Accelerated Growth Environment: Immerse yourself in an environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you can scale your career.</li> <li>Top Tier Compensation Package: Enjoy a rewarding compensation package that includes premier benefits, aligning with our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions.</li> <li>Paid Time Off: Generous Paid Time Off, allowing you to manage your schedule and recharge as needed.</li> <li>Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package featuring 401k and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
