Ensures proper review of all installed Vero product solutions with the field coordination team. Provides on-site technical support for industrial and manufacturing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and repairing product installations as needed.</li> <li>Maintains installation and field service records and manages service tools and inventory to ensure asset accountability.</li> <li>Interacts professionally with customers, representing the company image, and building trust to gain confidence and cooperation.</li> <li>Maintains accurate expense records weekly.
