As the Operations team, we work cross-functionally across Fever, helping teams optimize processes, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for growth. Our goal is to build scalable solutions, drive operational excellence, and maintain a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our company as a Global Operations Intern. As a Global Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various aspects of our Operations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to international business operations and a chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Your process-oriented personality, data-driven approach, and optimization and automation skills are exactly what we are looking for.</span></p> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role:&nbsp;</strong></span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for an Operations Intern who loves to create better processes and always finds a way to get things done! Some of your responsibilities will include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the operations team in managing and coordinating various global operational activities, including event planning, logistics, vendor management, and customer experience optimization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization while developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the operations team and assist in making data-driven decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a high-visibility role, as you will be in continuous interaction with other teams inside Fever!</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About You:</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive meaningful insights.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and present information in a clear and concise manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluent English and Spanish.
