You’ll help create standout customer experiences by connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and making every interaction feel authentic.</p> <ul data-path-to-node="14"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Customer Experience:</strong> Create a welcoming environment, engage customers to understand their specific trade needs, and support omni-channel services.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Sales &amp; Performance:</strong> Assist with transactions and promote loyalty programs to help the store hit its goals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="14,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Visual &amp; Ops:</strong> Keep the floor sharp, organized, and stocked. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting.
