If you're the kind of person who thrives on making things happen (and making them happen well), let's talk.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop project proposals and establish project objectives in collaboration with clients and management</li> <li>Negotiate contracts, manage invoicing, and collect accounts receivable</li> <li>Build and maintain project plans, including budgets, staffing, and schedules</li> <li>Assemble, direct, and mentor project teams; forecast workload needs and manage sub-consultants</li> <li>Own financial performance: monitor budgets, analyze variances, negotiate scope changes, and report results to management</li> <li>Review and approve work products against design and client requirements</li> <li>Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and resolving concerns promptly</li> <li>Support business development through proposals, marketing materials, and client relationship building</li> <li>Maintain accurate project data in Vision and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards</li> <li>Uphold RVi's quality standards and professional reputation across all deliverables</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field</li> <li>Professional license required (e.g., AICP, RLA)</li> <li>10+ years of experience in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline</li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Vision project management software</li> <li>Proven experience managing and mentoring project teams</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Willingness to travel for project site visits as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Disclaimer&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
