<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for daily servicing of client including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with the new and existing clients as needed and is responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development</li>
<li>Account rounding and retention of existing clients</li>
<li>Uses experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs</li>
<li>Collects and analyzes client information</li>
<li>Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner through daily service to clients such as endorsement requests and general coverage questions</li>
<li>Participates in marketing and sales meetings</li>
<li>Manages and retains existing book of business</li>
<li>Reviews and processes old and new renewals, new policies, and policy changes</li>
<li>Handles questions, researches, and resolves problems</li>
<li> Adheres to agency customer service standards</li>
<li>Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts including but not limited to interviewing clients</li>
<li>Collects and analyzes information regarding the client and assisting in product determinations</li>
<li>Affecting, interpreting, and implementing various company policies regarding the specific factual circumstances of each client</li>
<li>Reviews processed policies as needed</li>
<li>Performs other duties as are required to establish, service, and maintain accounts</li>

<p><strong>Competencies & Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent client service skills to assist in retaining, developing, and growing a client base.</li>
<li>High competence with computers, programs, and software through the entire client life cycle.</li>
<li>Highly professional and self-motivated.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years insurance experience preferred</li>
<li>Must possess state required 4-40, 2044 or 2-20 insurance license, or be open to obtaining</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Some college helpful</li>
