<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems per drawings and codes.</li>
<li>Execute First Time Energization (FTE), switching, AutoLOTO, load‑bank connections/removals, and Level 3–5 commissioning support.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, one‑line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay out conduit, cable tray, and devices.</li>
<li>Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and company safety protocols; maintain accurate work records and service documentation.</li>
<li>Support and mentor apprentices; coordinate with Foreman, Superintendents, project management, and clients.</li>
<li>Diagnose issues, respond to service calls, recommend improvements, and complete acceptance testing.</li>
<li>Participate in post‑project reviews and incorporate lessons learned.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeship required.</li>
<li>Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.</li>
<li>Proficient reading blueprints, one‑line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.</li>
<li>Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load‑bank operations.</li>
<li>Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.</li>
<li>Must be 18+ and able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background checks.</li>

<li>Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels</li>

<li>Exposure to areas with limited visibility</li>
<li>Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)</li>
<li>Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks</li>

<li>If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search. </li>
