Full Stack Engineering Team Lead at Unframe

<p><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>At Unframe, we build AI-powered products that address real-world challenges.Our platform team is at the core of this mission, developing the infrastructure, reusable components, and internal tools that enable rapid and reliable product delivery.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br><br>As a Team Lead at Unframe, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our AI-powered products while leading and growing a team of engineers. You’ll be responsible not only for technical execution, but also for hiring, mentoring, and shaping a high-performing team.&nbsp;We work on-site from our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose.<br>This is a hands-on leadership role - you’ll guide architecture and execution while actively building your team and ensuring technical excellence.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture</li> <li>Take an active role in hiring and scaling the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding</li> <li>Drive the design and implementation of core product features across backend and frontend</li> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of features, from ideation to production</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teams</li> <li>Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role</li> <li>Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams</li> <li>Experience working on complex, production-grade systems</li> <li>Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue\React and PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality products</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based applications</li> <li>Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced startup environments</li> <li>Experience building and scaling teams in early-stage companies</li> <li>Background in building end-to-end or customer-facing products</li> </ul>
