About the Role

You build onboarding, everboarding, and learning experiences that enable Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management to operate as one aligned revenue engine.<br></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You thrive in fast-paced GTM environments and partner closely across functions to ensure teams are equipped, aligned, and ready to execute.<br></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ve built and scaled onboarding and training programs, led cross-functional enablement initiatives, and understand how to connect learning to real business outcomes.<br></span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About The Role</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will own Myriad360’s revenue enablement execution strategy across the full revenue organization, including onboarding, ongoing training (everboarding), enablement infrastructure, and role-based readiness.<br></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role operates in tight partnership with Sales Leadership, who define go-to-market priorities and sales strategy, as well as Marketing, Engineering, and Sales Operations leadership. You are responsible for translating those priorities into structured, scalable enablement programs that drive execution across all revenue-facing teams.<br></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will act as a strategic execution partner, ensuring every function in the revenue engine is aligned, trained, and equipped to support growth.<br>Success in this role is defined by your ability to drive adoption, consistency, and execution across the revenue organization, not to independently define sales strategy.<br></span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Other responsibilities include:</span></strong> </p> <p><strong>Enablement Strategy &amp; Role-Based Readiness</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own and evolve onboarding programs for all revenue-facing roles (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Account Management)</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Define role-specific ramp expectations and build structured onboarding paths</span></li> <li>Ensure onboarding is consistent, scalable, and aligned to how each function contributes to revenue</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee onboarding delivery, including live sessions and reinforcement</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Ongoing Training &amp; Everboarding (L&amp;D)</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Design and oversee ongoing learning programs across skills, solutions, messaging, and process</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build structured learning paths by role, tenure, and function</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure continuous development across the revenue organization, not just new hires</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with leadership to align training with real execution needs and field feedback</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive adoption of best practices and reinforce behavior change across teams</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Enablement Infrastructure (Sales Hub + LMS)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the strategy, structure, and governance of the Sales Hub (SharePoint) and LMS (Absorb)</li> <li>Ensure all enablement content is organized, current, and accessible across functions</li> <li>Establish content governance, version control, and lifecycle management</li> <li>Improve usability and adoption of enablement platforms across the entire revenue org</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKO &amp; Revenue Programs</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own enablement programming for SKO and key cross-functional revenue initiatives</li> <li>Define structure, content flow, and learning objectives aligned to business priorities</li> <li>Ensure pre-work, live sessions, and post-event reinforcement drive sustained impact</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Alignment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic execution partner across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, SalesOps, and Alliances</li> <li>Ensure messaging, positioning, and training are consistent across all revenue-facing functions</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to align messaging and campaign enablement</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering to translate technical capabilities into client-ready narratives</li> <li>Align with SalesOps on process, tools, and workflow changes prior to rollout</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Measurement &amp;
