Whether you’re just getting started or looking for your next big challenge, this is a place where you can thrive and make a real impact.</p></div><p>Job title: Parts Territory Manager</p> <p>FLSA: Exempt</p> <p>Location: Rio Grand Valley/McAllen TX</p> <p>Reports to: Parts General Manager</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:</u></strong></p> <p>Outside Sales:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Builds partnering relationships with customers &amp; grow the parts business</li> <li>Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions</li> <li>Attending or hosting sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours</li> <li>Possess knowledge of all vendor lines and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers</li> </ul> <p>Store Management:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Sets work priorities for store associates.</li> <li>Supervises inside sales, outside sales, administrative, and warehouse parts personnel.</li> <li>Oversees parts deliveries, stocking, and storage.</li> <li>Approximately 60% in office; 40% customer-facing outside sales</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Required Profile</u></strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Business or related field and three to five years of parts management related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>HVAC industry &amp; successful outside sales experience is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.</li> <li>Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.</span></p> <p></p></div>
