&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd</strong></p> <p><strong>Pay: Starting from $18.50 (Based on experience)</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift Differential:</strong> <strong>$3.00 2nd shift and $1.50 3rd shift&nbsp;</strong></p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.</li> <li>Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.</li> <li>Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.</li> <li>Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.</li> <li>Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them.</li> <li>Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.</li> <li>Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Certification:</strong> Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio or <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Test Ready. &nbsp;Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
