Services are person-centered and delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in community based settings. <strong>At Eliot, our Clinicians are </strong><strong><em>inspired to make a difference</em></strong><strong> and </strong><strong><em>equipped to get it done</em></strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <br> <p>Eliot is seeking a <strong>Clinical Supervisor</strong> on our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. In this role you will facilitate assessments and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision. The ideal candidate is a Master’s-level or licensed Clinician/Social Worker who is passionate about honing their clinical skills while growing as a leader within Eliot.&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including conducting assessments, completing crisis plans, and individual treatment plans.</li> <li>Engage directly with clients to deliver person-centered care utilizing a strengths-based approach.</li> <li>Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and side-by-side modeling to teammates and supervisees to enhance their delivery of client treatment interventions.</li> <li>Provide field and office based supervision to case managers, direct care staff, and Residential Program Managers (if applicable).&nbsp;</li> <li>Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences.</li> <li>Participate in a back-up on call rotation.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work.</li> <li>Experience working with adults with mental illness.&nbsp;</li> <li>Vaid Massachusetts drivers license&nbsp;</li> <li>Possess a current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.)&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Flexible Schedules:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full time, Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$80,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
