We work with customers across many industries to develop and deliver turnkey industrial machines to meet their unique requirements. We design and build custom automation solutions, work with OEM’s to develop industrial products, and provide engineering analysis using FEA tools.</span></p>

<p data-start="637" data-end="1018"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We’re seeking a highly experienced <strong data-start="672" data-end="693">Systems Architect</strong> to lead the front-end architecture and technical strategy for complex engineering programs. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can translate customer needs into robust system-level solutions, and brings deep experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through challenging technical landscapes.</span></p>
<p data-start="1020" data-end="1325"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll play a critical role in shaping system architectures, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring engineering execution aligns with program goals. You may also serve as a <strong data-start="1201" data-end="1232">Chief Programmatic Engineer</strong> on select programs and contribute to technical strategy during business development efforts.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="4h4iha" data-start="1448" data-end="1559"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define system-level requirements and architecture balancing performance, cost, schedule, and customer needs</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="shj9a1" data-start="1560" data-end="1638"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering specifications</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="gv96py" data-start="1639" data-end="1732"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a technical liaison between customers, program management, and engineering teams</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1tiq75y" data-start="2210" data-end="2316"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">10–15 years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical program leadership</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Export Control Requirement: </strong> Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 106%; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary range for this position is $131,644.40- $197,466.60 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. </span></p>
