Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families. Our center provides support to children with developmental disabilities as well as typically developing children. This role involves treatment planning and ongoing therapeutic intervention, while maintaining ethical and professional standards.  Schedule: Per diem, with an emphasis on after-school hours. This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role! Compensation: $39 hourly Key Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans  </li> <li>Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy  </li> <li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, treatment plans) consistent with templates provided </li> <li>Collaborate with other providers (e.g., primary care, schools, psychiatrists)  </li> <li>Participate in case consultations and team meetings  </li> <li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed  </li> <li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards  </li> <li>Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary  </li> <li><span data-ccp-charstyle="eop" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"920dbcde-2834-5e15-a5fa-062170b236ba|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Times New Roman",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",469769226,"Calibri,Times New Roman",469775450,"eop",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"eop",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">Conducts training on mental health topics at the agency and local level, when applicable </li> <li><span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Times New Roman",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",469769226,"Calibri,Times New Roman",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">Effectively communicates in both verbal and written form with necessary stakeholders </li> <li>Accepts feedback from supervisors to ensure the access to high quality treatment across all individuals served </li> <li>Consults on cases across the agency, when applicable </li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Holds at least Master’s Degree (e.g., psychology, counseling, school psychology, social work) </li> <li>Active, unrestricted license in state of practice (Connecticut or Massachusetts) </li> <li>Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)  </li> <li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills  </li> <li>Expertise in person-centered plan documentation, implementation, and monitoring </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills </li> <li>Computer skills required </li> <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and have satisfactory background checks </li> </ul> Employees at Aspire enjoy working with a collaborative and dedicated team that values a culture of belonging and care.
