<h1><span class="s1"><strong>PreK Math Teacher &amp; Business Operations Specialist</strong></span></h1> <p class="p2"><strong>Location:</strong> San Jose / Cupertino, CA<br><span class="s1"><strong>Job Type:</strong></span> Full-Time | 100% On-Site<br><span class="s1"><strong>Start Date:</strong></span> ASAP<br><span class="s1"><strong>Language:</strong></span> Mandarin Chinese &amp; English Required</p> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>About Think Academy Silicon Valley</strong></span></h2> <p class="p2">Think Academy Silicon Valley provides high-quality PreK–12 extracurricular math learning programs designed to develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confidence through engaging curriculum and innovative teaching.</p> <p class="p2">We are looking for a <span class="s1"><strong>bilingual educator and business operator</strong></span> to join our growing PreK team and help build an exceptional learning experience for our youngest students.</p> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h2> <p class="p2">This is a unique role combining <span class="s1"><strong>PreK teaching, academic operations, parent engagement, and business operations</strong></span>.</p> <p class="p2">You will work directly with <span class="s1"><strong>3–4-year-old students and their families</strong></span>, while also helping Think Academy Silicon Valley improve and grow our PreK programs.</p> <p class="p2">This is ideal for someone who loves working with young children but also wants to grow beyond teaching into <span class="s1"><strong>program operations and education business management</strong></span>.</p> <p class="p2">This is a <span class="s1"><strong>100% on-site position</strong></span> at our Silicon Valley campuses.</p> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>PreK Teaching &amp; Academic Operations</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Teach engaging math and early thinking classes for <span class="s1"><strong>3–4-year-old students</strong></span>.</li> <li>Create a fun, interactive, and structured classroom environment using games, manipulatives, storytelling, and hands-on activities.</li> <li>Observe student learning and provide personalized support based on individual needs.</li> <li>Communicate with parents about student progress and learning recommendations.</li> <li>Work with our academic team to improve curriculum, classroom activities, and the overall PreK learning experience.</li> <li>Provide insights from students and parents to support future PreK program and product development.</li> </ul> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>Business &amp; Program Operations</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with <span class="s1"><strong>Pre-School families</strong></span>.</li> <li>Understand families’ educational needs and recommend appropriate learning pathways.</li> <li>Support trial classes, enrollment, onboarding, retention, and parent services.</li> <li>Participate in Open Houses, parent workshops, and local community events.</li> <li>Collect parent feedback and identify opportunities to improve the student and parent experience.</li> <li>Support local marketing and growth initiatives for Think Academy Silicon Valley’s PreK programs.</li> <li>Take ownership of special projects related to PreK program development and business growth.</li> </ul> <h2><span class="s1"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><span class="s1"><strong>Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.</strong></span></li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; all majors are welcome.</li> <li>Passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working with children ages <span class="s1"><strong>3–4</strong></span>.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.</li> <li>Energetic, patient, responsible, and highly motivated.</li> <li><span class="s1"><strong>Prior experience working with PreK students or children ages 3–5 is a plus, but not required.</strong></span> We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.</li> <li>Prior teaching, tutoring, childcare, education, or customer-facing experience is preferred.</li> <li><span class="s1"><strong>Must be available to work weekday afternoons and both Saturdays and Sundays.
