<p><strong>Pay: $30.00–$37.00 per hour, based on experience</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> to join our oral surgery team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with oral surgeons and experienced clinical professionals while providing high-quality care throughout all phases of the surgical experience.</p>
<p>The RN plays an important role in patient safety, clinical support, surgical procedures, and postoperative recovery. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dependable nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of patient care.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>
<p>Provide clinical support and patient care before, during, and after oral surgery procedures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and postoperative recovery</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Start, maintain, and discontinue IVs and administer medications as ordered</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with surgical procedures, sedation monitoring, and patient recovery</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform patient assessments, blood draws, glucose testing, and PRP procedures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Read and interpret EKG strips</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Safely recover and discharge patients following procedures</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide patients with clear pre- and postoperative education and instructions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support infection control, medication management, emergency preparedness, and patient safety standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with surgeons and clinical team members to maintain an efficient workflow and high standard of care</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>
<p>Current <strong>Registered Nurse (RN) license</strong> in the practicing state</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ADN or BSN) preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>ACLS, sedation/anesthesia, or other advanced certifications preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous nursing experience in surgical, perioperative, Med/Surg, or critical care settings highly preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong patient assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and quality care</p>
</li>
</ul>
