In this high-impact executive role, you will be both a visionary and a builder, shaping the next generation of project delivery excellence at OBE. You will lead a digital transformation in our estimating and cost engineering functions, driving AI adoption, data automation, and analytical insights that dramatically improve accuracy, speed, and scalability across our business. You will not just manage; you will inspire, mentor, and innovate. Executive Leadership <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Project Controls and Cost Engineering functions to align with business goals.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that bring transparency and accountability across projects.</li> </ul> People-First Leadership <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Build and mentor a high-performing team with a clear career progression framework.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Act as a coach to Directors and Managers, fostering inclusion, engagement, and professional growth.</li> </ul> Innovation and Technology Strategy <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Spearhead the integration of next-generation digital tools, including AI-driven estimating, machine learning for predictive cost modeling, and cloud-based BIM.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Partner with IT and Operations to design scalable automated workflows and enhance Service Center Next-Gen takeoff capabilities.</li> </ul> Operational Excellence <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Conduct end-to-end audits of project control processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline estimating, scheduling, and cost-tracking workflows.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Establish standardization in quoting, pricing, and risk assessments across Service Centers.</li> </ul> Data-Driven Decision Making <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Deliver analytical insights and executive-level reporting on project health, budget accuracy, and resource optimization.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Leverage historical data to refine cost-benchmarking models and enhance bid competitiveness.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure cost data informs smarter business decisions.</li> </ul> Continuous Improvement <ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc"> <li class="py-0.5">Champion a learning culture that encourages experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.</li> <li class="py-0.5">Measure, monitor, and refine AI models to continuously improve forecasting and accuracy over time.</li> </ul> <h3 class="mb-1 mt-4 break-words text-lg font-semibold">What We’re Looking For</h3> An Inspiring Leader – You’ve led diverse teams to success and take pride in developing talent at every level.
