<p data-path-to-node="16"><strong data-path-to-node="16" data-index-in-node="0">POSITION SUMMARY</strong> Natera is looking for an execution-focused leader to architect the data, analytics, and orchestration capabilities that power our Oncology business. You will direct the strategy for how we use data to transform cancer care, ensuring our Marketing and Medical Affairs teams have the intelligence needed to drive commercial excellence. You will serve as the technical and strategic bridge between our field teams and the home office, turning complex datasets into scalable, AI-enabled tools that define the next-best-action for our teams.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Direct Enablement Strategy:</strong> Lead the data and omnichannel orchestration roadmap for the Oncology business to optimize stakeholder engagement.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operationalize Data:</strong> Own the Oncology data ecosystem, integrating claims data and market intelligence into high-impact commercial workflows.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scale AI & Automation:</strong> Build and refine AI-enabled frameworks that provide real-time recommendations and "next-best-engagement" insights for field teams.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive Cross-Functional Velocity:</strong> Partner with Sales Ops, Technology, and Marketing Analytics to standardize reporting, business rules, and KPI definitions.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Governance & Integrity:</strong> Establish rigorous operating models for data usage and measurement frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Influence:</strong> Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership, providing the performance trends and resource allocation models required to win in the Oncology market.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="19"><strong data-path-to-node="19" data-index-in-node="0">THE IDEAL CANDIDATE</strong></p>

<p data-path-to-node="20,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="20,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proven Impact:</strong> 8–10+ years in commercial operations, analytics, or enablement within life sciences or diagnostics (Oncology experience preferred).</p>

<p data-path-to-node="20,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="20,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Fluency:</strong> Demonstrated success managing large-scale data ecosystems, including claims data, vendor feeds, and CRM integration.</p>
</li>

<p data-path-to-node="20,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="20,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architect Mindset:</strong> Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or decision-support models that solve real-world commercial friction.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="20,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="20,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborative Leader:</strong> Ability to influence in a highly matrixed environment and translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="20,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="20,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education:</strong> Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.</p>
