Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span lang="en-US" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Job Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ol type="1"> <li><span lang="en-US">Lead daily communications with the U.S. federal and state governments, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to promote policy dialogue and interest coordination.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Monitor and analyze policy trends in the U.S. in areas such as new energy, battery manufacturing, and supply chain security (e.g., the Inflation Reduction Act, FTC regulations, national security reviews), and produce in-depth reports.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Take the lead in participating in congressional hearings and policy lobbying activities to advocate for tax incentives, subsidies, and compliance exemptions.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Build strategic partnerships with key lawmakers, policy think tanks, and industry alliances (such as NAAT, Batt and AABC).</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Manage government communication and public opinion response during crisis events (such as trade sanctions and national security reviews).</span></li> </ol> <p><strong><span lang="en-US">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ol type="1"> <li><span lang="en-US">Bachelor's degree or above in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">At least 15 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or related fields, with a strong track record of managing government relations.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Deep understanding of U.S. policy-making processes, regulatory systems, and industry regulations, especially in the energy sector.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with government officials.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Strong policy analysis and leadership abilities, with a commitment to high professional ethics and compliance.</span></li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="xmsonormal">Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
