Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>*This position requires TS/SCI*&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Responsibilities:</u></span></h3> <p><span data-teams="true">The Contractor shall provide support to the planning, operations, and mission management of the Army’s Personnel Security Appeals Board (PSAB).</span></p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and monitor personnel security system of record to ensure proper case management.</li> <li>Utilize exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to prepare various documents on a routine basis (e.g. reports, briefings, presentations, etc.).</li> <li>Coordinate with external agencies on program and processes to resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information.</li> <li>Independently perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets in an unpredictable, high throughput environment.</li> <li>Break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly relay key information to Program Manager.</li> <li>Identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and improve mission readiness.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision or direction.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Three (3) years personnel security experience managing the implementation of security policies, procedures, programs, and management systems (e.g. conducting background investigations, adjudications, personnel security management, etc.)</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Security Clearance:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>TS/SCI</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
