You'll be joining a leading professional services firm as a full time employee, doing real client work that ships, not theoretical roadmaps.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own day-to-day management of a core banking modernization initiative, including planning, tracking, and reporting</li> <li>Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a clear bias for action rather than waiting for perfect clarity</li> <li>Build relationships across the client's organization, understanding who owns what and how decisions actually get made</li> <li>Escalate progress, risks, and blockers clearly and confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders</li> <li>Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep modernization work moving toward its goals</li> <li>Surface risks and dependencies early, working with stakeholders to resolve them before they become problems</li> <li>Translate technical detail into language that senior, non-technical audiences can act on</li> <li>Build and maintain trust with stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day contacts to senior sponsors</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong project management experience with demonstrated organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Proven stakeholder engagement ability, including navigating complex organizational structures</li> <li>Financial industry experience, specifically domestic banking</li> <li>Comfort reporting and escalating directly to senior and executive audiences</li> <li>A clear bias for action, someone who moves things forward rather than waiting for ideal conditions</li> <li>Experience working through ambiguity on a project without a fully defined playbook</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences</li> <li>A collaborative, clear communicator who builds trust quickly across an organization</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <p>Our success over the past 20 years is rooted in our exceptional team, which thrives in a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.&nbsp;<br><br>We are proud to offer our employees a range of benefits, including competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements, all designed to help them thrive.
