Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?</p> <h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2> <p>As a <strong>Zuora Developer at JFrog</strong>, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling <strong>subscription billing, payments, and order-to-revenue solutions</strong> using <strong>Zuora Billing and Payments</strong>. You will work closely with <strong>Finance, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams</strong> to support JFrog’s global SaaS monetization and revenue operations.</p> <p>This role requires strong <strong>Zuora Billing expertise</strong>, hands-on <strong>API and workflow customization</strong>, and experience integrating Zuora with <strong>Salesforce, NetSuite, and other financial systems</strong>.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Be Working On (Responsibilities)</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Zuora Billing &amp; Subscription Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Configure and customize <strong>Zuora Billing</strong>, including:</li> <ul> <li>Product Catalog</li> <li>Rate Plans &amp; pricing models</li> <li>Subscriptions &amp; order actions</li> <li>Invoicing, taxation, and bill runs</li> </ul> <li>Manage <strong>subscription lifecycle events</strong> such as amendments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks.</li> <li>Implement and support <strong>Zuora Orders and Orders API</strong> for scalable order-to-revenue processing.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Payments &amp; Financial Operations</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design and implement <strong>payment solutions</strong> using:</li> <ul> <li>Credit Cards, ACH, Direct Debit</li> <li>Alternate Payment Methods (APMs)</li> </ul> <li>Work with <strong>payment gateways</strong>, country-specific compliance requirements, and <strong>network tokenization</strong>.</li> <li>Support refunds, failed payments, dunning, and reconciliation flows.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Customization &amp; Automation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and maintain <strong>Zuora Workflows</strong>, notifications, and custom objects.<br><br></li> <li>Use <strong>Zuora APIs and ZOQL</strong> for integrations, automation, reporting, and data extraction.</li> <li>Customize <strong>invoice and billing document templates</strong> to align with branding and customer needs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Integrations &amp; Data</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Integrate Zuora with:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Salesforce (CPQ, Q2C flows)</strong></li> <li><strong>NetSuite / Revenue systems</strong></li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>Workato</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support <strong>data migration, cleansing, and transformation</strong> activities.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy across billing, payments, and revenue reporting systems.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Delivery</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with <strong>Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, and Engineering</strong> teams to optimize billing and revenue workflows.</li> <li>Participate in <strong>Agile/Scrum ceremonies</strong> and follow JFrog’s governance and security standards.</li> <li>Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and design walkthroughs with stakeholders.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver sustainable fixes.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years tech experience with 2+years of hands-on experience</strong> with <strong>Zuora Billing</strong> in a production environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of:</li> <ul> <li>Zuora Product Catalog</li> <li>Subscriptions &amp; order actions</li> <li>Billing, invoicing, payments, and notifications</li> </ul> <li>Experience customizing Zuora using:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Zuora Workflows</strong></li> <li><strong>Zuora REST APIs</strong></li> <li><strong>ZOQL</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li> </ul> <li>Solid understanding of the <strong>Zuora Business Object Model</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience implementing or supporting <strong>Zuora Billing for at least one enterprise SaaS company</strong>.</li> <li>Experience translating business requirements into <strong>technical designs and solutions</strong>.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Good to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Salesforce</strong>, especially <strong>CPQ / Quote-to-Cash integrations</strong>.</li> <li>Experience integrating Zuora with <strong>NetSuite or other ERP systems</strong> through Workato integration.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Order-to-Cash (O2C)</strong> and <strong>Record-to-Report (R2R)</strong> finance processes.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>Zuora Revenue</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>data migration, conversion, and reporting</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>JavaScript, SQL, Python</strong>, or similar scripting languages.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>REST/SOAP APIs</strong> and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft).</li> </ul> <p><strong>NOTE: We are located in Bangalore (Bellandur) and we follow a hybrid work model.
