Translate company priorities into a focused roadmap that strengthens underwriting capabilities, supports platform scalability, and drives long-term competitive advantage.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive Impact and Performance - Own measurable outcomes across growth, approval-to-funding conversion, automation, risk performance, and customer experience. Make thoughtful trade-offs and ensure initiatives are tied to clear KPIs that strengthen portfolio health and long-term scalability.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead High-Quality, Cross-Functional Execution - Drive execution from discovery through delivery in close partnership with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, thoughtfully sequenced, and delivered with strong documentation, scalable design, and measurable business impact.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage Data as a Strategic Asset - Use analytics and performance insights to inform prioritization, validate outcomes, and continuously refine decisioning logic and automation capabilities.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and Develop a High-Performing Product Team - Directly lead and develop Product Owners and Business Analysts within the value stream.
